Top Tier Plumbing Services was founded in 2025 by Logan and Maddie Lasater right here in Dripping Springs, Texas. Logan is a licensed Master Plumber (License #M-45668) with over 13 years of hands-on plumbing experience. Before launching Top Tier, he honed his skills across a wide range of residential and commercial projects - from water heater installations to complex slab leak repairs.
Logan specializes in Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters and has a deep passion for delivering quality craftsmanship on every job. Together with Maddie, they built Top Tier on a simple principle: treat every home like your own and do the job right the first time.
Top Tier proudly serves Dripping Springs, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Kyle, Wimberley, Johnson City, West Austin, and the surrounding Texas Hill Country communities.
